QA/QC Manager - Construction

About the role

bbf, a leading and fast-growing property company in Cyprus and Greece offering property sales, rentals, property management, construction and related services, is expanding its internal team. It is looking for a QA/QC Manager to join its Development Department in the Limassol office.

Key responsibilities

• Daily site inspections at all stages of construction
• Implement procedures for identifying, preventing and solving issues, and improve contractor efficiency
• Prepare reports for company management and develop monthly reporting forms and quality control checklists
• Manage QA/QC software and develop, implement and verify the quality assurance and quality control system
• Develop a system to minimise penalty costs and manage complex quality control and technical supervision
• Assess monthly work schedules and main risks for each project, and prepare inspection schedules according to the works programme

Required profile

• At least 5 years in construction and relevant QC experience
• Civil Engineer or Architect bachelor's degree (mandatory)
• Fluent written and spoken English; Greek and/or Russian is an advantage
• Excellent knowledge of construction norms, European Standards, Eurocodes and ISO standards
• Technical supervision experience and attention to detail

• Excellent Microsoft Office skills
• AutoCAD
• Construction software such as PlanRadar, ProCore, PlanGrid, Fieldwire and Viewpoint
