Senior Quantity Surveyor – KEAN Project

About the role

bbf is expanding its internal team and currently looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor for the KEAN Project – its flagship development in Limassol. This large‑scale, mixed‑use seafront project will redefine modern coastal living, combining residential, commercial and lifestyle spaces.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the QS team on site.
• Review tender documents of subcontractors and suppliers, including drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with the main office for contract preparation for suppliers and subcontractors.
• Prepare cost estimates for variations and price them.
• Communicate with the Procurement team to source required site materials.
• Prepare monthly valuations and bi‑weekly certificates for subcontractors and suppliers.
• Prepare the final account at project completion in coordination with project, finance and accounts teams.
• Guide and support project teams and assist the Procurement team with quotations and rate comparisons.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.
• At least 10 years of proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Civil Engineer.
• RICS or PMI QS certification is an advantage.
• Previous procurement experience on large‑scale projects is a plus.
• Native Greek speaker with fluent English.
• Strong organisational, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
• Experience managing and coordinating a team of Quantity Surveyors.

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• AutoCAD.
• MS Project.
• Knowledge of Cost‑X (advantage).
