Senior Project Manager

About the role

bbf is a fast‑growing property company operating in Cyprus and Greece. The Senior Project Manager will lead the planning, design and execution of residential and commercial development projects from the Limassol office.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee project design and monitor consultants to stay within budget and schedule.
• Track key parameters such as budget, timeline and quality.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects and other specialists to define specifications.
• Review technical drawings and specifications.
• Manage project administration, correspondence and data flow.
• Attend progress and technical meetings, conduct site inspections and resolve issues.
• Control overall quality, budget, schedule and personnel performance, reporting status regularly.
• Supervise delivery, commissioning and on‑site construction operations to ensure successful completion.
• Provide technical advice, solve on‑site problems and enforce health & safety procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar senior project management role.
• Fluent in Greek and English, both written and spoken.
• Good knowledge of Cyprus residential and commercial development laws and regulations.
