Senior Project Manager – Financial Technology

About the role

FIS is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, global financial technology projects from initiation through delivery. You will work with multinational, virtual teams and ensure projects meet scope, schedule, cost and quality targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and deliver large‑scale global fintech projects, coordinating clients, internal teams and external partners.
• Maintain project baselines, governance, risk and issue management to achieve agreed outcomes.
• Develop strong stakeholder relationships, including executive sponsors, to ensure client satisfaction.
• Mentor project managers and drive continuous improvement of delivery capability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance, MIS or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4+ years of project or program management experience delivering complex IT/fintech solutions.
• Proven ability to lead multinational, virtual teams and manage multiple concurrent engagements.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

• PMI PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification (preferred)
