Senior Product Manager – Payments Platform

About the role

FxPro is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the evolution of its payments platform. You will own product discovery, strategy, and decision‑making, shaping how the ecosystem evolves to improve approval rates, reduce costs, and enhance the customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for the payments platform.
• Conduct discovery activities such as data analysis, stakeholder interviews, market research, and hypothesis validation.
• Identify and prioritize initiatives to improve approval rates, conversion, reliability, and processing costs.
• Analyze payment performance across providers, geographies, methods, and customer segments.
• Collaborate with Payment Operations, Engineering, Business Analysts, and leadership to deliver product initiatives.
• Monitor industry trends in payments, fintech, forex, and crypto.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar leadership role.
• Strong background in payments, fintech, forex, crypto, PSPs, or acquiring.
• Proven ability to define product strategy and prioritize initiatives with measurable impact.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ownership mindset and comfort working in complex, cross‑functional environments.

Required skills

• Payment orchestration concepts (routing, cascading, traffic allocation, optimization).
• Payment integrations with providers.
• Data analysis for product decision‑making.
