Senior Product Manager – GeoWay

About the role

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to join GeoWay, the team behind routing, ETA prediction, maps, and in‑app navigation. You’ll work at the intersection of user experience and the backend logic that powers it, focusing on how real‑world events influence the online product.

Key responsibilities

• Drive improvements in routing, navigation and meeting experiences for drivers and passengers.
• Ensure the UX/UI is reliable, clear and easy to understand.
• Partner with Design and Research teams to create intuitive, accessible and frictionless user flows.
• Align, negotiate and maintain complex cross‑team product roadmaps with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Design and execute high‑frequency A/B tests to validate product changes.
• Interpret real‑world behaviour behind data to guide product decisions.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product management experience in high‑volume mapping, ride‑hailing or delivery businesses.
• Strong UX/UI instincts with the ability to evaluate designs from a conversion perspective.
• Basic understanding of product architecture and client‑backend interactions.
• Proven experience running continuous, concurrent A/B testing pipelines and performing statistical post‑analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex dependencies, align cross‑functional teams, assess risk and make data‑driven decisions.
• Fluent English (B2/C1+).
