Senior Performance Automation QA Engineer – World of Warships PC

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Performance QA Engineer with GameDev experience to join the World of Warships PC team. The position can be based in our Belgrade or Nicosia office. You will focus on performance testing and automation, identifying bottlenecks and ensuring a smooth, stable experience for players.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated functional, performance, and stability tests using Python.
• Maintain and extend the core automation framework.
• Analyze test results, investigate failures, and profile game client and backend services.
• Maintain documentation for tests, frameworks, and tools.
• Collaborate with QA and development teams, providing support based on automated test outcomes.
• Participate in CI/CD pipeline development and code reviews.

Required profile

• 3+ years of performance testing or performance QA experience.
• 3+ years of automation QA experience.
• At least 1 year of commercial Python‑based automated testing, including pytest.
• Experience with performance testing tools such as k6 and profiling utilities.
• Understanding of PC architecture, performance metrics (FPS, frame time, CPU/GPU utilization, memory consumption).
• Upper‑Intermediate English communication skills.
