EMEA Lead – Courier Delivery Growth

About the role

We are seeking an experienced regional leader to own and scale courier delivery growth across EMEA markets, including Kazakhstan, Nigeria, Egypt, Pakistan, Indonesia, and more. This high‑impact role sits at the intersection of business development, operations, product, and growth, driving the creation of a scalable SMB+ segment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the growth strategy for courier delivery across high‑potential EMEA markets.
• Develop a value proposition and go‑to‑market models for SMB clients handling 100–5,000 deliveries per month.
• Own unit economics, pricing strategy, and monetization models.
• Lead, hire, and develop a cross‑geography team of 5+ professionals.
• Align product roadmap with market needs and partner with supply teams to ensure reliable courier availability.
• Collaborate with marketing on user and merchant acquisition strategies.
• Build reporting systems, monitor key metrics, and drive continuous process improvements.
• Translate market signals into product requirements and lead initiatives from validation to rollout.

Required profile

• 8–10 years of experience in consulting, tech, marketplaces, or high‑growth environments.
• Proven track record of owning and scaling business units or regional operations.
• Strong understanding of marketplace dynamics and experience with SMB/mid‑market clients.
