Senior ERP Finance & Accounting Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Senior ERP Finance & Accounting Consultant to join a leading ERP consulting and technology solutions provider. The role focuses on designing and implementing ERP solutions for finance, VAT, reporting and localisation across a growing European client base.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client requirements and lead workshops with finance, accounting and operational users.
• Design ERP solutions for finance, accounting, VAT, reporting and localisation, mapping requirements to standard ERP functionality.
• Configure and support implementation of Priority ERP financial modules, preparing functional specifications for customisations.
• Collaborate with developers, project managers and other consultants to deliver complete client solutions.
• Support data migration, testing, user acceptance testing and go‑live preparation.
• Provide user training, post‑go‑live support and practical guidance.
• Maintain finance and localisation roadmaps, ensuring statutory, VAT and country‑specific requirements are addressed.
• Participate in pre‑sales presentations, demonstrations and proposal preparation.

Required profile

• Accounting qualification or part‑qualification (e.g., ACCA, ACA, CIMA) or equivalent.
• 6+ years of relevant ERP, finance systems or finance transformation experience (10+ years for lead roles).
• Strong understanding of accounting, finance and business processes.
• Excellent communication skills with CFOs, accountants, controllers and managers.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings, workshops or go‑lives.
