Senior Change Communication Manager

About the role

indDrive is looking for a Senior Communications professional to strengthen alignment across its global leadership community and between leaders and their teams. The role works directly with VPs, Directors and Heads across regions, in close partnership with the wider Communications division, and is a senior individual contributor position owning the leadership and change communications agenda.

Key responsibilities

• Help leaders build a shared understanding of company direction, priorities and changes, and turn it into clear communication with their teams
• Develop concise briefings, guidelines, templates and formats so leaders and People & Culture can communicate consistently
• Create practical frameworks for change, with clear steps, responsibilities and tools that work across functions and regions
• Design and run formats that connect leaders, support meaningful discussion and help them learn from one another
• Advise and prepare senior leaders on their messages, the context behind decisions and the space for questions and feedback
• Work with regional teams to keep communication relevant while maintaining a shared company direction
• Build a framework to measure what employees and leaders know, where gaps remain and which approaches work best

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in internal or corporate communications, or consulting, including leadership and change communications
• Track record of creating communication tools, processes or frameworks that people actually adopt
• Understanding of change management and how communications connect with organizational design and leadership development
• Fluent in English and Russian

Required skills

• Strong writing and editorial judgment, able to distil complex information into concise messages
• Ability to challenge a brief, ask good questions and recommend a simpler or more effective approach
• Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity and bring structure to new areas of work
