Senior Business Intelligence Analyst – Product Analytics

About the role

FxPro is seeking a Senior BI Analyst focused on product analytics and fraud detection. You will design, build, and maintain Power BI solutions that enable data‑driven decisions across product, finance, and operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, data models, and DAX measures.
• Track core product KPIs such as acquisition, activation, retention, conversion, churn, LTV and revenue.
• Perform ad‑hoc analyses for product launches, A/B tests, feature adoption and funnel optimisation.
• Conduct cohort, funnel, retention and segmentation analyses.
• Investigate fraud and abuse cases by identifying suspicious patterns and anomalies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into analytical solutions.
• Prepare and present reports with clear findings and actionable recommendations.
• Work with data engineers to ensure source data accuracy and proper organisation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven experience in data analysis, statistical modelling and product analytics.
• Strong understanding of core product metrics (DAU/MAU, retention curves, conversion funnels, ARPU, LTV, CAC).
• Familiarity with A/B testing design and interpretation.
• Awareness of common fraud patterns such as multi‑accounting, bonus abuse and bot activity.

Required skills

• Power BI (including ETL, DAX, M language, data modelling and visualisation).
• SQL (basic to intermediate proficiency).
• Python or R for ad‑hoc analysis and basic anomaly detection.
