Senior Associate, BPO, Technology & Onboarding

About the role

MUFG Investor Services, a division of Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group serving public and private funds with over $1 trillion in client assets, is hiring a Senior Associate for its BPO, Technology and Onboarding function in Limassol. The role reports to the Associate Director and combines operations, process improvement and stakeholder coordination to make onboarding faster, smoother and more efficient.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the onboarding of new clients, ensuring a smooth setup and integration experience.
• Work closely with Operations, Technology and Product teams to support client and business needs.
• Investigate and resolve onboarding and system-related issues to deliver excellent client service.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute ideas that enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Monitor onboarding activity and report progress, risks and key metrics.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and act as a trusted point of contact.
• Support the Team Lead with leadership responsibilities when required, and share knowledge with team members.

Required profile

• Proven experience in client onboarding, post-trade operations or financial technology, including managing complex integration projects, at least 2 years.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science or a related field; advanced certifications or postgraduate study are a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and an interest in systems, data and process improvement.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
