Senior Architect

About the role

bbf is expanding its Development Team in Limassol and seeks a proactive, analytical Senior Architect to lead design initiatives and support construction projects across its property portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and preparation of architectural drawings and construction details.
• Review client feedback and market requirements, adjusting designs as needed.
• Develop and present alternative design solutions to clients.
• Oversee the creation of sales and marketing materials for projects.
• Conduct design verification and ensure compliance with architectural standards.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, managers, and clients to achieve project goals.
• Provide design expertise and quality‑control support throughout the construction process.
• Coordinate with external consultants to maintain alignment during design and construction phases.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (5‑year program) registered with ETEK.
• Minimum 5 + years of experience in architectural design and construction.
• Fluency in English and Greek, both written and spoken.
• Extensive knowledge of planning and building‑permit procedures in Cyprus.
• Strong understanding of residential and commercial development laws and regulations in Cyprus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work effectively under pressure.
