Senior Affiliate Manager

About the role

FxPro is seeking a Senior Affiliate Manager to expand its affiliate network. You will be responsible for identifying, onboarding and supporting new CPA partners while nurturing existing relationships to drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Search for new potential CPA partners and evaluate their eligibility.
• Provide day‑to‑day support to existing affiliates.
• Analyze affiliate performance, traffic quality and conversion metrics to uncover optimisation opportunities.
• Suggest and implement improvements to grow the affiliate network and overall performance.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with CPA partners.
• Collaborate with marketing, business development, back‑office and other internal teams to support affiliate campaigns.
• Monitor key metrics such as traffic quality, conversion volume and fraud rates.
• Deliver regular reports on affiliate performance and network growth.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, self‑driven and solution‑oriented mindset.
• Strong analytical thinking with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple partners in parallel and work independently.
• Previous experience in affiliate programmes for Forex, binary options, crypto or prop‑trading advertisers.
• Fluent English; additional languages (Russian, Spanish, Arabic) are a strong advantage.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of affiliate traffic sources and channels.
• Technical understanding of tracking and attribution systems.
• Familiarity with CPA, CPL and other payment models.
• Good understanding of Forex products.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience with CellXpert, Salesforce or similar affiliate/CRM platforms.
