Security Administrator

About the role

The Security Administrator supports the security team by keeping records, schedules, training and communications well organised. This position ensures a safe, structured and professional working environment in the Limassol office.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate security logs, records, reports and related documentation.
• Prepare regular and ad‑hoc security reports, summaries and management information.
• Organise and update security contact lists, emergency contacts and escalation details.
• Provide administrative support to the security team, including scheduling shifts, tracking attendance and coordinating training.
• Manage ordering, distribution and tracking of security uniforms, equipment and supplies.
• Support preparation and distribution of security updates, briefings and notices.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in administration, coordination or a similar role.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
• Proactive, reliable and able to manage multiple priorities.
