Seasonal Pool Attendant – Spa & Fitness

About the role

The Seasonal Pool Attendant is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and service standards across the Spa, Pool, Fitness, and Sports Centre areas. The role supports both front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house operations, ensuring guests enjoy a safe and welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Clean assigned areas according to checklists and standards, covering Spa common areas, treatment rooms, salon, wet spa, pool, gym, and sports centre.
• Restock amenities and monitor equipment, reporting any maintenance needs to the supervisor or engineering team.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures for Leisure & Recreation facilities.
• Communicate proactively with team members and other departments, such as linen and housekeeping, to address guest needs.
• Maintain confidentiality of guest information and adhere to all company policies.
• Report accidents, injuries, unsafe conditions, or security issues promptly.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a similar hospitality or leisure environment is an advantage.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including overnight, weekends, and holidays on a rotating basis.
• Physical ability to lift at least 13 kg and work in various weather conditions.
• Strong teamwork orientation, excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Fluent in English and Greek.
