Search Engine Optimization Specialist (Remote)

About the role

Netreach, a remote‑first SEO and web development agency, is looking for an experienced Search Engine Optimization Specialist to lead client projects from audit to execution and reporting. You will own the full SEO lifecycle, work with AI‑assisted content creation, and collaborate with developers and a team of specialists to drive organic growth.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct technical, on‑page and content audits and translate findings into prioritized action plans.
• Perform keyword research and create detailed content briefs targeting commercial and informational intent.
• Work with AI writing tools to produce scalable content, reviewing for accuracy, quality and search intent.
• Manage ongoing site optimization, including metadata, internal linking and site structure.
• Develop and execute link‑building strategies, handling outreach and high‑quality backlink management.
• Coordinate with developers to implement technical fixes and ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor rankings, traffic and key SEO metrics; prepare performance reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Stay up‑to‑date with algorithm updates and adjust strategies accordingly.

Required profile

• Proven end‑to‑end SEO project ownership, from audit through execution and reporting.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and detail‑orientation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and lead a small team.
• High‑level written and spoken English; Russian is a plus.
