Sales Advisor – Limassol

About the role

As a Sales Advisor you will create an outstanding customer experience in our Limassol store. You will welcome shoppers, guide them through the store and support them in finding the right products while representing the brand positively.

Key responsibilities

• Share fashion and product knowledge to help customers make informed choices.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional service throughout the customer journey.
• Maintain a well‑stocked, organized and inviting sales floor and back‑of‑house.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures of the store.
• Represent yourself and the brand positively during all customer interactions.

Required profile

• Experience in customer service, preferably in fashion or retail.
• Passion for helping customers and interest in fashion trends.
• Thrives in collaborative, dynamic environments.
• Communicative, creative, curious and eager to learn store technology.
• Flexible, action‑oriented and willing to develop skills.
