Retail Network & Trade Manager (Cyprus)

About the role

Allwyn is looking for a Retail Network & Trade Manager to shape the future of its retail footprint in Cyprus. You will drive the retail strategy, ensure sales targets are met, and strengthen commercial execution through network development and agent engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Propose and achieve retail network sales targets with a focus on performance and profitability.
• Contribute to the design and improvement of sales processes, procedures, and commercial policies.
• Ensure compliance with Responsible Gaming principles and company policies across the network.
• Develop commercial policies, financial support schemes, and agent benefit programmes.
• Maintain strong relationships with agents and local unions, promoting mutually beneficial solutions.
• Motivate, coach, and support Area Managers in meeting sales goals and resolving operational issues.
• Plan strategic placement and expansion of the retail network and support commercial negotiations.
• Provide training, guidance, and business support to agents and partners.
• Oversee merchandising activities, in‑store activations, product rollouts, and shop remodels.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and network performance to improve sales and satisfaction.

Required profile

• BSc in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field (MSc desirable).
• 8+ years of hands‑on experience in area or regional sales management of a large retail network (e.g., Retail, Telecoms, Banking).
