QA/QC Inspector

About the role

bbf is a leading and fast‑growing property company operating in Cyprus and Greece. The Development Department in Limassol is expanding its internal team and seeks a QA/QC Inspector to ensure quality standards across construction projects.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily site inspections at all construction stages and complete checklists using quality software.
• Implement procedures for issue identification, prevention, and resolution.
• Maintain the quality control system, ensuring works follow the latest drawings, specifications, AI, CVI, RFI and acceptance criteria.
• Prepare and submit observation reports, bi‑weekly inspection registers, and monthly major quality issue reports to the Senior QA/QC Manager.
• Participate in snagging, handover processes and attend progress/technical meetings to provide quality advice.

Required profile

• Engineering degree (Civil Engineering or Architecture preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of construction site experience, QC experience considered an advantage.
• Fluent written and spoken English; Greek or Russian a plus.
• Strong knowledge of construction norms, European standards, Eurocodes and ISO standards.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• AutoCAD.
• Construction software such as PlanRadar, ProCore, PlanGrid, Fieldwire, Viewpoint.
