Property Services Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Property Services Manager to oversee the operation and maintenance of all building systems and facilities for a 5‑star hotel environment. The role ensures that equipment, grounds and life‑safety systems remain in optimal condition while supporting all operational departments.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of operating expenses and ensure budget compliance.
• Prepare and submit monthly utilities consumption reports with high accuracy.
• Keep a comprehensive library of equipment manuals, parts lists and up‑to‑date system drawings.
• Lead the operation and maintenance of all life‑safety systems, coordinating with security and conducting regular reviews.
• Oversee planned preventive maintenance for E&M systems, guest rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house facilities.
• Inspect building, grounds, landscaping, road surfaces and car park to meet standards.
• Implement departmental training programs in line with the master training plan.
• Ensure compliance with fire, safety, hygiene and health policies, reporting incidents as required.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of experience in a similar role within a 5‑star hotel, large commercial property, shopping centre or industrial building.
• Diploma in Electrical, Building Services, Mechanical engineering or equivalent; related certificates are a plus.
• Registered Safety Manager or OSH Manager preferred.
• Fluent in Greek (written and spoken) and proficient in English.

Required skills

• Technical knowledge of central chillers and HVAC systems.
• Experience with high‑tension switchboards, transformers and generators.
• Understanding of control circuits and audio‑visual systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
