Product Analyst (Activation)

About the role

Mayflower is a technology company building high-load products used by millions of people worldwide, solving complex engineering challenges and powering real-time entertainment for a global audience. It is looking for a Product Analyst focused on activation, working remotely from Cyprus with future relocation to Limassol.

Key responsibilities

• Generate actionable insights from data to support product and business decisions
• Design, run and analyse A/B tests end-to-end, from hypothesis to reporting
• Define and develop new business and product metrics, and monitor key metrics for anomalies or trends
• Run deep-dive analyses to find problem areas and growth opportunities
• Write clean SQL and Python to extract, transform and analyse data
• Help implement new tracking events and properties to improve analytics coverage
• Work with the CPO, Product Managers, Analysts, Product Designers and Data Scientists

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in analytics
• Strong understanding of A/B testing and solid knowledge of statistics
• Deep understanding of metrics and product thinking, able to define metrics from scratch
• EU passport; EU-based employment contract with a 3-year Cyprus work visa supported by the company

Required skills

• Excellent SQL, including complex queries, automated reports, dashboards and visualisations
• Python for data analysis, visualisation and automation
• BI tools, especially Tableau (Power BI or Amplitude also acceptable)
• Nice to have: paid and affiliate traffic analysis, ML (cluster analysis, regression), Airflow, GitLab, dbt
