Portfolio Operations Senior Associate

About the role

MUFG Investor Services supports the accurate valuation of investment funds by reviewing transactions, cash balances, investment positions, security pricing and reconciliations. Working with custodians, brokers and internal teams, the role investigates discrepancies and resolves issues so that clients receive high-quality operational delivery. The position is based in Limassol.

Key responsibilities

• Review fund activity, transactions, corporate actions, security prices and cash balances to support accurate fund valuations.
• Perform fund valuation (GAV/NAV) reviews and investigate exceptions or discrepancies using reconciliation technology.
• Validate the pricing of equities, bonds, derivatives, options and futures.
• Liaise with custodians, brokers, counterparties and internal teams to resolve breaks and improve operational processes.
• Serve as a key contact for assigned clients, ensuring service levels meet agreed standards.
• Support new client onboarding, process improvement initiatives and guide junior team members where required.

Required profile

• Experience in financial operations, accounting, audit, reconciliations, banking operations or investment services.
• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Math or an equivalent combination.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience.
