Pool & Fitness Attendant

About the role

The Pool & Fitness Attendant ensures the cleanliness, safety, and smooth operation of spa, pool, gym, and sports centre areas. You will interact directly with guests, replenish amenities, and support the overall guest experience in line with company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Clean assigned spa, pool, fitness, and sports centre areas according to checklists and standards.
• Restock amenities in spa, pool, fitness, and sports centre zones.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures for all leisure and recreation facilities.
• Monitor equipment condition, report faults, and coordinate maintenance requests.
• Communicate proactively with team members and other departments (e.g., housekeeping, linen) to address guest needs.
• Maintain confidentiality of guest information and adhere to all company policies.
• Report accidents, injuries, unsafe conditions, or security issues promptly.

Required profile

• High school diploma (or equivalent).
• Previous experience in a similar hospitality or leisure role is an advantage.
• Ability to lift at least 13 kg and work in various weather conditions.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong teamwork orientation and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English and Greek.
