About the role
You spot the detail before the guest does. You know immaculate rooms start with inspired teams. And you can keep 500 rooms running beautifully without losing sight of a single finishing touch.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee guestrooms, public areas, wardrobe and minibar.
- Manage outsourced laundry and cleaning partners.
Required profile
- Senior housekeeping leadership experience in luxury hotels or resorts, ideally with 300+ rooms.
- Strong understanding of Forbes Five‑Star standards, with direct exposure preferred.
- Ability to coach multicultural teams, develop managers and ensure consistently exceptional presentation.
- Commercial confidence across budgets, productivity and supplier performance.
- Leadership style that gets you onto the floors and brings people with you.
