Office Civil Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Civil Engineer to join our Construction team in Limassol, focusing on cost control, budgeting, and financial performance monitoring across large‑scale development projects. The position is ideal for engineers with site execution or project coordination experience who want to deepen their expertise in cost management within a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the preparation and control of project budgets.
• Monitor construction costs and compare them against approved budgets.
• Prepare cost reports for internal review.
• Review cost deviations and assist in identifying corrective actions.
• Support monthly forecasting and cash flow monitoring.
• Assist in the review of subcontractor valuations and invoices.
• Maintain accurate cost records and project documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in construction projects (site, project management, or cost control).
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Fluency in English and Greek.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in MS Project.
