Norwegian Speaking Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a Norwegian‑speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team in Larnaca, Cyprus. You will provide high‑quality support to users via phone, email and live chat.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver customer support through phone, email and live chat.
• Assist with account‑related, technical and platform inquiries.
• Handle password resets, payments and general account management.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and give clear, solution‑oriented guidance.
• Document interactions accurately and escalate complex cases.
• Meet quality, productivity, satisfaction and attendance targets.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Norwegian speaker (minimum C1).
• Fluent English.
• Completed secondary education.
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Willingness to relocate to and work on‑site in Larnaca, Cyprus, with a clean criminal record.
