Finnish-Speaking Customer Support Specialist

About the role

Workster is recruiting, on behalf of a leading global customer experience company, a Finnish-speaking Customer Service Representative for an international gaming project based in Larnaca, Cyprus. The role sits in a fast-paced customer support team that helps players with account questions, platform navigation and technical issues, while serving the Finnish market.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer support by email, chat and other communication channels
• Help customers with account-related questions and platform navigation
• Troubleshoot technical issues and give effective solutions
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and ensure a positive experience
• Document customer interactions and case resolutions accurately
• Escalate complex issues to the right internal teams
• Follow company procedures, quality standards and data security policies

Required profile

• Native-level fluency in Finnish
• Good command of English
• Previous experience in customer service, technical support or a contact centre is an advantage
• Customer-focused, with good attention to detail and efficiency in a fast pace
• Willingness to learn and a positive attitude

Required skills

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Good computer literacy and ability to use several systems
