Norwegian speaking Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a native or fluent Norwegian speaker to join our on‑site customer support team in Larnaca, Cyprus. The role involves delivering high‑quality assistance to users through phone, email and live chat, handling account, technical and platform queries.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email and live chat, addressing account‑related, technical and platform inquiries.
• Assist with password resets, payments, and general account management.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and offer clear, solution‑oriented guidance.
• Document interactions accurately and escalate complex cases to internal teams.
• Meet quality, productivity, customer satisfaction and attendance targets.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Norwegian (minimum C1) and fluent English.
• Completed secondary education and clean criminal record.
• Good computer and technology skills, strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure and maintain a customer‑oriented approach.
• Willingness to relocate to and work on‑site in Larnaca, Cyprus.
