Manager – Business Tax (Nicosia or Limassol)

About the role

Deloitte’s Business Tax team in Cyprus is seeking a dynamic professional to join as a Manager, based in either Nicosia or Limassol. You will work as an individual contributor, delivering high‑quality tax compliance and advisory services to a diverse portfolio of local and international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of local and international clients across various industries, handling day‑to‑day tax compliance and advisory matters.
• Liaise with the Cyprus Tax Authorities on compliance issues, including tax audits for assigned clients.
• Stay current with tax developments and apply this knowledge to client cases.
• Analyse technical client issues and conduct research to provide tailored, tax‑efficient solutions.
• Lead ad‑hoc advisory projects such as International Tax, M&A due‑diligence, and tax structuring.
• Support business development and eminence initiatives together with senior leadership.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Law or International Tax‑related fields.
• Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, ADIT or equivalent.
• Minimum five years of relevant experience in a professional services environment.
• Strong command of both Greek and English, written and spoken.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing abilities.
• Detail‑oriented, organised and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
