Local On‑Premise Manager – Red Bull

About the role

The Local On‑Premise Manager will drive Red Bull’s growth in bars, clubs, restaurants, hotels and other on‑premise venues. Reporting to regional leadership, you will build strong customer partnerships, ensure premium brand execution, and coach a team of sales representatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with on‑premise customers, identifying new business opportunities and negotiating commercial agreements.
• Ensure Red Bull’s brand standards are consistently applied across all accounts and implement national and regional marketing initiatives.
• Coach, mentor and support the assigned sales team, conducting field visits and sharing best practices.
• Support regional planning, KPI monitoring, budget planning and the execution of business projects.
• Assist with the organization of on‑premise events, festivals and consumer activations to maximise brand visibility.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field (advantageous).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, FMCG or on‑premise channel management.
• Strong relationship‑building skills and a passion for the hospitality industry.
