Sales Manager – EU Mining Pool Expansion

About the role

EMCD, the largest mining pool in Eastern Europe, is expanding its footprint across the European Union. We are seeking a Sales Manager to drive commercial growth, forge strategic partnerships, and increase brand awareness within the crypto mining ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with data centres, mining equipment vendors, manufacturers and service providers.
• Attract new partners and clients to broaden EMCD’s geographic presence, focusing on the EU market.
• Negotiate, expand, and recover lost accounts with existing partners.
• Design market entry strategies for target countries and build local brand partnerships.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, compliance and operations teams to improve product offerings for target customers.
• Represent EMCD at industry conferences and events throughout the region.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of sales experience, including at least two years in blockchain, mining or fintech.
• Deep understanding of the European cryptocurrency and mining markets.
• Proven track record of winning new business in the blockchain space.
• Exceptional negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Hands‑on experience with CRM systems in daily sales activities.
• Strong change‑management skills and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to travel frequently (approximately 1‑2 times per month).
