About the role

We are looking for a customer-oriented professional to manage merchant relationships and ensure excellent client experience after onboarding.

Key responsibilities

Manage merchant onboarding and implementation
Act as the main point of contact for clients
Support merchants with operational questions and requests
Maintain strong long-term customer relationships
Identify opportunities for account growth

Required profile

Experience with payments, POS systems, or digital solutions
Customer‑facing experience in Retail, FMCG, or HoReCa
Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts
Fluent in Greek and English
