Legal Counsel

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Legal Counsel to join our Growth Businesses legal team, focusing on Fleet projects and providing broader commercial support across multiple markets. You will collaborate closely with business, finance, tax, and operations teams to develop practical, business‑oriented legal solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal support for Fleet projects, drafting and negotiating partnership and service agreements, drive‑to‑own and leasing structures, and financing arrangements.
• Draft, review, and redline a wide range of commercial contracts, templates, and policies, including partnership agreements, integration documents, MoUs, and terms of use.
• Advise on civil, commercial, consumer, and digital law matters.
• Guide cross‑border legal structuring, flag regulatory, licensing, and tax considerations, and coordinate with local counsel when needed.
• Monitor relevant regulations in assigned markets and deliver clear legal analysis with practical recommendations.
• Develop reusable legal templates, checklists, and internal standards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on regional and global projects.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience as in‑house counsel or at a law firm, preferably supporting IT, tech, or platform companies.
• Strong foundation in civil and commercial law; experience with financing/leasing, consumer, or marketing/advertising law is a plus.
• Interest or familiarity with digital platform regulation.
• Excellent drafting, problem‑solving, and communication abilities.
• Fluent English; additional language skills are advantageous.
• Experience in an international or fast‑paced environment is a plus.
