Legal Counsel – 1 Year Contract

About the role

Exness is seeking a Legal Counsel on a 1‑year contract to support its fast‑growing fintech operations. You will work across multiple business units, providing practical legal advice and drafting agreements that enable commercial initiatives and strategic partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including trading, liquidity provision, introducing broker, market data, digital affiliate, partnership, media buying, influencer, marketing agency, freelance service, payment service provider, EMI, bank, intercompany, event sponsorship and crypto‑related agreements.
• Ensure all contracts comply with internal procedures and relevant legal frameworks.
• Provide clear, actionable legal advice to cross‑functional teams such as B2B, Trading, Marketing, Payments, Finance, Partnerships, Events, Crypto and Product.
• Coordinate with external counsel for jurisdiction‑specific guidance when needed.
• Maintain accurate contract records and contribute to the continuous improvement of templates and processes.
• Monitor legal developments affecting advertising, commercial contract law, data protection, crypto and payment regulations.

Required profile

• University degree in Law (LLB and/or LLM).
• Minimum 3 years of legal experience, preferably in a commercial, fintech or cross‑border environment.
• Strong understanding of commercial contracts and online business operations.
• Proven ability to assess legal risks and propose business‑aligned solutions.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Required skills

• Experience drafting and reviewing B2B, payment, and digital/affiliate marketing agreements.
• Solid knowledge of commercial contract law, data protection, crypto and payment regulations.
