Leader of Rising 3's (Level 3 Qualified)

About the role

This full‑time, long‑term contract position is based in Cyprus and leads the Rising 3's provision within a British early years setting. You will guide children transitioning to preschool, fostering confidence, curiosity and a love of learning in a warm, child‑centred environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Rising 3's room and inspire a team of Early Years Practitioners.
• Plan and deliver high‑quality, child‑led activities aligned with the EYFS framework.
• Support children’s language, communication, cognitive, social and emotional development.
• Create a stimulating environment that encourages independence, exploration and creativity.
• Monitor progress, maintain accurate observations and assessments.
• Build strong partnerships with parents and carers.
• Ensure safeguarding, health and safety, and welfare standards are consistently met.

Required profile

• Qualified Level 3 Early Years practitioner with proven leadership experience.
• Passion for supporting children as they transition towards preschool learning.
• Ability to lead, motivate and develop a team of early years staff.
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements.
• Excellent communication and partnership‑building skills.
