Leader of Rising 3's (Level 3 Qualified) – Cyprus

About the role

The successful candidate will lead the Rising 3’s room in a British‑style early years setting in Cyprus, supporting children as they transition towards preschool. This full‑time, long‑term contract offers the chance to shape a child‑centred environment that fosters confidence, curiosity and a love of learning.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of Early Years Practitioners in the Rising 3’s provision.
• Plan and deliver child‑led activities aligned with the EYFS framework.
• Monitor and record children’s progress, ensuring accurate observations and assessments.
• Promote language, communication, cognitive, social and emotional development.
• Maintain high standards of health, safety, safeguarding and welfare.
• Build strong partnerships with parents and carers.

Required profile

• Qualified Level 3 Early Years practitioner with proven leadership experience.
• Passion for early childhood education and a nurturing, child‑centred approach.
• Ability to create stimulating, inclusive learning environments.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Required skills

• Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Experience in planning and delivering child‑led activities.
• Understanding of safeguarding, health and safety regulations.
