Kid's City Ambassador

About the role

As a Kid's City Ambassador you will be the friendly face of the resort’s children’s area, creating a safe, fun and engaging environment for young guests. You will plan and lead activities, supervise playtime, and ensure families enjoy a memorable stay.

Key responsibilities

• Greet children and families upon arrival and welcome them to Kid's City.
• Plan, organize and lead a variety of creative and educational activities such as arts & crafts, storytelling, games and outdoor play.
• Supervise children during all activities, maintaining strict safety standards.
• Keep the Kid's City area clean, tidy and well‑maintained, ensuring toys and equipment are in good condition.
• Communicate with parents about their children’s participation, needs and any incidents.
• Follow all safety and emergency procedures and assist with special resort events involving children.

Required profile

• Previous experience in child‑care, education, recreation or hospitality is preferred.
• Enthusiastic, energetic and creative with a genuine passion for working with children.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• First Aid and CPR certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus.
