Junior Mechanical Engineer (Nicosia)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Mechanical Engineer to join a fast‑growing company in Nicosia. The role is designed as a two‑year development path toward an Assistant Project Manager position, offering hands‑on experience in construction projects.

Key responsibilities

• Create and monitor detailed project schedules, ensuring milestones are met.
• Prepare, log, and manage project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Assist with budget monitoring, review job costs/invoices, and support procurement of materials and equipment.
• Coordinate with field staff, supervisors, and subcontractors, conducting site visits to track progress.
• Ensure installations comply with project specifications, drawings, and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, passionate about engineering and project delivery.
