Junior Chinese Customer Support Agent

About the role

IC Markets is looking for a Junior Chinese Customer Support Agent to join its fast‑growing FinTech team in Limassol. You will be the first point of contact for Chinese‑speaking clients, helping them navigate trading platforms and resolve issues while delivering a high‑quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients via live chat, telephone and email in Chinese and English.
• Educate clients on trading platforms, account opening, deposits and withdrawals.
• Investigate trade queries and resolve technical issues.
• Maintain high standards of communication and meet KPI targets for response time and satisfaction.
• Handle complaints professionally and turn them into positive experiences.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Fluent in Chinese and English.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Willingness to work rotating day and night shifts, including weekends.
• Friendly and professional demeanor.
