Junior Architect

About the role

bbf is one of the leading and rapidly expanding companies in the property market, delivering high-end residential and commercial projects across Cyprus and Greece. To further strengthen our internal design team, we are looking for an eager Junior Architect to support the development of architectural concepts, assist in project planning and execution, and collaborate with senior architects and engineers to bring innovative designs to life.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with architects to develop design plans and presentations.
• Assist in the production of architectural drawings.
• Ensure design compliance with building codes and regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor/Master degree in Architecture (5‑year course), ETEK registered Architect.
• Knowledge of software: AutoCad 2D, MS Office, Indesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Design software BIM experience is a plus (Revit).
• 1‑2 years previous experience in a similar position.
• English and Greek languages are a must, both verbal and written.
• Knowledge of the procedures to obtain planning and building permits in Cyprus.
• Understanding of regulations relevant to residential and commercial development in Cyprus.
• Strong time‑management and organisation skills to meet deadlines and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
