Jo Malone London Stylist – Luxury Retail Role

About the role

The Jo Malone London Stylist will deliver a personalized, luxury customer experience to Jo Malone clients in our Nicosia store. You will act as a fragrance expert, guiding shoppers through consultations, bespoke scent creations and product recommendations while upholding the brand’s high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers and conduct detailed fragrance consultations.
• Create bespoke scent combinations and present products according to Jo Malone London standards.
• Maintain visual merchandising, store presentation and accurate stock levels.
• Support sales targets through proactive client engagement, upselling and cross‑selling.
• Handle cash transactions and operate point‑of‑sale systems.
• Contribute to in‑store events and collaborate with colleagues to ensure an exceptional brand experience.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and client‑care skills with a luxury, personalized approach.
• Sales and retail experience, including upselling, cross‑selling and meeting targets.
• Interest and basic knowledge of fragrances, cosmetics or beauty, with the ability to learn product ranges.
• Excellent communication, active listening and professional written English.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage stock and store presentation accurately.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and holidays on‑site in Nicosia.
• Prior experience in luxury retail, beauty or fashion is an advantage.
• Basic computer literacy and fluency in Greek; good command of English.
