FX Business Developer – Affiliate & IB Partnerships

About the role

Markets.com is seeking an experienced FX Business Developer to lead affiliate and Introducing Broker (IB) partnerships. You will work in a hybrid setting from Nicosia, driving partner acquisition, revenue growth, and market expansion within the Forex/CFD sector.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, target and onboard new partners including IBs, affiliates, influencers and institutional clients.
• Develop and execute a strategic plan to expand the partner network and increase market share.
• Negotiate partnership agreements, commercial terms and remuneration structures.
• Serve as primary contact for key partners, conduct performance reviews and provide data‑driven guidance.
• Coordinate with internal Marketing, Technology and Compliance teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Monitor competitor activity, market trends and provide strategic feedback to senior management.
• Represent Markets.com at industry events, conferences and webinars.
• Meet and exceed revenue targets, client acquisition goals and partner activation rates.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of proven business development or partnership experience in the Forex/CFD industry.
• Demonstrated success in acquiring and growing high‑value partner relationships.
• Deep understanding of financial markets, CFD trading and IB/Affiliate operational models.
• Strong network of contacts within the Forex/IB community is a significant advantage.
