IT Support Engineer – Onsite Help Desk

About the role

UpcoMinds is looking for an IT Support Engineer to provide onsite technical assistance for a large organization in Nicosia, Cyprus. You will be the first point of contact for users and will ensure the smooth operation of the company’s IT infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Support and manage the Microsoft Office 365 environment.
• Administer Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange.
• Perform Windows OS patching and basic endpoint management.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Resolve Wi‑Fi connectivity problems and maintain the wireless infrastructure.
• Provide printer and printing‑service support.
• Assist with IP‑telephony systems.

Required profile

• Previous experience in IT Support, Helpdesk, or Field Support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows environments and Microsoft technologies.
• Hands‑on experience with Active Directory, Exchange, and Office 365.
• Good understanding of networking and Wi‑Fi troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑oriented attitude.
