Investor Delivery Supervisor

About the role

MUFG Investor Services supports the day-to-day running of its Investor Operations team in Limassol, covering investor onboarding, AML/KYC reviews, investor maintenance, dealing, reporting and cash processing. The role sits within a fund administration and asset servicing business serving public and private funds.

Key responsibilities

• Review investor account documentation and transactions to ensure accuracy, timely processing and compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with resolving investor, client and internal stakeholder queries, escalating more complex issues where appropriate.
• Monitor team workloads and service levels so that deliverables are completed accurately and within agreed deadlines.
• Contribute to process improvements, risk and control activities and departmental projects supporting operational efficiency and service quality.
• Provide guidance and support to team members, encouraging collaboration, knowledge sharing and a positive team environment.

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
• 3-5 years' experience in Transfer Agency, Fund Administration, Asset Management, Banking or Financial Services.
• Working knowledge of investor onboarding, AML/KYC requirements, dealing, investor servicing and cash processing is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, organisation and ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a strong client-service mindset.
