International Lawyer

About the role

EvoPlay, a leading ecosystem of product‑driven projects for the online gaming industry, is expanding its Cyprus office. We are looking for an International Lawyer to provide day‑to‑day legal support across the group’s operations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive legal assistance for the Cyprus office and affiliated group companies.
• Draft, review, negotiate and manage employment, commercial, consultancy, supplier and other agreements.
• Liaise with directors, corporate secretaries, external counsel and Cyprus governmental authorities.
• Handle employment law, immigration matters and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Maintain organized legal documentation, storage and archiving in line with Cyprus legal requirements.
• Monitor corporate procedures, internal policies and legislative developments, recommending necessary changes.
• Provide day‑to‑day legal advice to management and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience supporting international companies or corporate groups.
• Practical knowledge of Cyprus corporate and commercial law.
• Experience working with Cyprus governmental bodies and external legal advisors.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Ukrainian.

Required skills

• Understanding of GDPR requirements and hands‑on data‑protection compliance.
• Experience establishing and improving document‑management and compliance processes.
