About the role
A payment gateway company based in Limassol is looking for an experienced HR Manager to act as the main HR point of contact for employees and managers. The role covers the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding and probation to development, internal moves and offboarding, and works closely with managers on performance, development, employee relations and organisational change.
Key responsibilities
- Build strong relationships across the company and understand employee experience, team dynamics and emerging people needs.
- Partner with managers on performance, development, employee relations, organisational changes and complex individual cases.
- Own and improve HR processes across the employee lifecycle, and review and adapt existing HR practices to the company's evolving needs.
- Proactively design and implement new HR practices, policies and solutions, using employee feedback and people data to spot trends, risks and opportunities.
- Help build a scalable People function and take ownership of HR processes, policies and benefits at group level, assessing their fit and adapting or redesigning them.
- Own and evolve employee benefits and related People programmes, balancing employee needs with business priorities.
- Ensure HR practices and policies stay compliant with employment requirements, working with internal or external legal and operational partners.
Required profile
- 5+ years of broad HR experience in a People Partner, HRBP or Senior HR Generalist role, ideally in technology, fintech or another fast-paced environment.
- Strong hands-on experience across the employee lifecycle and solid knowledge of core HR processes.
- Proven ability to own and improve HR processes independently, and strong employee relations experience with complex or sensitive cases.
- Comfortable as a visible, approachable HR presence while partnering with senior managers.
- Fluent English; Russian is a plus.
- Experience building, transforming or localising HR practices is an advantage.
What we offer
- EU-based employment contract and a 3-year Cyprus work visa with relocation and visa support, including for your family.
- Full relocation package: flights for you and your family, a company-covered apartment for the first month and relocation support.
- Transparent performance reviews twice a year, with bonus opportunities and salary adjustments.
- Private medical insurance for you and your family, and a corporate mobile plan unlimited in Cyprus with roaming.
- Mindfulness and well-being support, including psychological assistance with 50% coverage, and 50% coverage of school and kindergarten fees.
- Fully covered sports benefits, sports equipment, and a provident fund available after probation.
- Professional growth support (language courses, conferences, training, coaching), a peer recognition programme, and a fully equipped office in Limassol's city centre with free meals and a coffee bar.
The recruitment process includes an HR interview, a hiring team interview, a final interview, a references check and a job offer.
