Head of Product Marketing – Payments Platform

About the role

As Head of Product Marketing for GoBTC Pay, you will own the global marketing strategy and drive commercial growth of the company’s Bitcoin payments solution. You will shape the brand, define go‑to‑market plans and accelerate merchant and user acquisition across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a worldwide marketing strategy, positioning, messaging and value propositions for merchants, partners and end‑users.
• Design and launch go‑to‑market programs for new markets, features, partnerships and product releases.
• Prioritise regions, customer segments and verticals based on commercial opportunity.
• Own the commercial funnel for merchant acquisition and end‑user adoption, working closely with Business Development and Partnerships.
• Develop tactics to increase transaction volume, merchant activation and customer retention.
• Set marketing KPIs, track performance across acquisition, activation, engagement and revenue.
• Build GoBTC Pay as a trusted global Bitcoin payments brand through co‑marketing, PR, content and events.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Analytics, Compliance, Sales and Operations to align marketing initiatives with product roadmap.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, go‑to‑market or marketing leadership roles.
• Proven track record building and scaling B2B2C or fintech products.
• Strong understanding of payments, merchant acquiring, fintech or financial services.
• Experience developing global go‑to‑market strategies and leading product launches.
• Commercial mindset with deep knowledge of funnel economics, CAC, LTV, activation, retention and revenue growth.
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
