About the role

City Unity College is looking for a dynamic professional to lead its Hospitality Department. The successful candidate will shape the academic vision, ensure program relevance, and drive strategic growth within a higher‑education environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide academic leadership and set the strategic direction for the department.
• Oversee curriculum development, program delivery, and quality assurance.
• Manage faculty recruitment, performance, and day‑to‑day departmental operations.
• Develop and maintain industry partnerships to enhance student placement opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and continuous improvement processes.

Required profile

• PhD in Hospitality or a closely related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in academia and/or the hospitality industry.
• Proven leadership and management experience.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
