Junior Digital Learning Advisor

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Digital Learning Advisor to join our Academy Department in Nicosia. You will support the expansion of our eLearning services by creating multimedia‑enhanced courses and managing our learning platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop eLearning courses using Articulate 360, converting PowerPoint trainings into interactive modules.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts and trainers to design technical and soft‑skill learning content.
• Administer the Academy’s LMS (Moodle) and webinar platform (Webex), ensuring smooth operation and compliance.
• Support face‑to‑face training events and assist with quality‑assurance testing of learning materials.
• Liaise with stakeholders, risk and compliance teams to guarantee eLearning compatibility.

Required profile

• University degree (2:1 or equivalent) in Digital Technologies, Multimedia, Graphic Design, Marketing, Data Analytics or related field with IT modules.
• Less than 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in technology‑enhanced learning environments.
• Excellent oral and written communication in Greek and English.
• Strong organisational skills, ability to multitask and work under pressure.
